Shipping issue, but not AMS's fault. The box they shipped had the correct product information but the actual product was not correct when packed by the manufacturer (a left-handed guitar was ordered, a right-hand guitar was packed). AMS quickly rectified the issue, and I was happy with the outcome.

If it wasn't for American Musical and their payment plans, I would never be able to own great quality instruments. As a disabled vet and single father of 3, money can be tight. I am still waiting, going on a month, for a backordered product. With no info on when it will ship. But no worries.
