American music supply does a great job with ease of placing orders . There shipping is great . All my orders have been delivered with great care in packaging products to arrive safely. The only complaint I have is that they don’t insure guitars are set up properly. I understand everyone likes things set up a little differently but there should be some consistency. That being said Ams is a great company to deal with and has never let me down .

Hey guys. Nothing is more frustrating when you’re trying to build your dream studio but money doesn’t grow on trees and many companies require either perfect credit or charge too much interests on top it. Not to mention the poor customer service and gear selection. And I will say, AMS is literally the only company that offers the type of payment plans that they do. Literally. And not just that, but they have amazing customer service and truly care. Why? Because they’re one of us. They know the struggle. And they also know the dreams. And for that I am forever grateful. They have a customer for life. The make the process easy. Love the brand selections. And wait a minute. Their shipping is beyond incredible. Dude. I barely make an order, and within minutes or a few moments after it’s already shipped. And it’s free. I literally had to check my email a few times to see if I was seeing it correctly where it said shipped. And that’s awesome. Because it means they’re working immediately to get that gear to you because they know, you guessed it, The Dream. I truly will recommend them to all my friends and family. Even if you need something that’s related to gear and you’re not a musician, AMS is the spot. Matter of fact, my relative was looking for speakers for her computer. She’s not a singer or music head like us, but guess where I’m sending here. LOL. AMS. I know this might sound cliche but truly, I am blown away by this company. I’ve worked in retail and business often decades and learned to truly value service and quality. And that entails efficiency, ownership and execution. But most importantly, it’s not how many sales you make, which is awesome and they care for. But it’s also the repeat buys. And AMS doesn’t just sell you gear, theyre building a relationship with you because they care and they’re one of us. And that’s why they will continue to stay blessed and successful, God willing. I got some orders now and once I’m done before this year is over, I’ll continue building my dream with AMS. Oh and thats another thing, they’re always refreshing and restocking. And updating. Whether it’s certain gear that goes out, they immediately have it restocked and let you know more or less the time it will arrive in stock. I know they used to sell Apple gear, but they still provide related items. And again, every thing you need to build your dream. On a personal note, if they bring back Mac mini or windows laptops, you know where I’m buying it from. Anyways, thank you for allowing me the space to write and express my experience and my little dream of making music. See you guys shortly.

Man you guys are Lifesavers it is so important that I have music in my life I recently tried to purchase an online order through some what ended up being scammers and they got me for $1,500 on a rolling electronic drum set I never seen but in the pictures that was for sale I can't tell you how much it meant to me to see how easy this financing was it it's incredible you guys rock and the same damn thing I'm going to do when I get my drums I play drums professionally for about 20 years cannot wait thanks guys
