Guitar strap came with poorly designed holes to go over buttons on the guitar. Holes way too small and stiff rendering the strap unusable! Had to use a drill, box cutter and file to widen the holes which is infuriating given the price of the strap and I’ve NEVER had to do this with any other straps. I regret buying this customized strap and am very disappointed with the poor purchase experience.
