I really wish American Musical Supply would incorporate an AI search engine for their website. They’d be the first to ever do it and it would be so much easier to search for the items you’re looking for. Such as this item I needed something with at least a 12 inch radius fretboard I wanted P90 pickups and I needed to have great access to the lower register cause I’m gonna use this guitar for slide.

I have been purchasing music gear from AMS for over 20 years and have always had a great experience. The site navigation is great, easy to checkout, prices mostly equal to or better than other suppliers. There are sometimes a few things other companies have that y'all don't carry. Also, a customer loyalty rewards program would be nice. But overall, I always have a good experience shopping with AMS and will continue to do so as long as you guys keep killing it as you have been. The transaction went very smoothly. I have nothing bad to say, except I wish AMS would offer discounts for loyal customers. Like the points system that Guitar Center/Musiciansfriend and aswretwatwr have when you make purchases. Iake about $50,000 a year in gear purchases but I only fo about 5% of that with AMS and it is usually due to my item is out of stock with the competitors. If AMS could come up with a loyalty point system and perhaps once a year send customers a 15% off coupon to repeat customers i truly believe it would increase your sales.

AMS is my absolute go to. I will never step into a Guitar Center again. They always have what I need in stock, Their shipping is fast and free, and if I'm feeling extra needy, I can pay a bit extra and get it overnighted. Their Rockstar financing let's me get what I want now, while keeping more money in my pocket... and it's interest free. I've only had to call a handful of times for inquiries and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. As a studio owner, I do wish there were a few higher end pieces that they carried (CL1B, Sony C800, Avalon, etc) I'd like to make all my purchases from AMS.
