I’ve been an AMS customer for years; while I wouldn't say I'm 100% satisfied, I’m certainly about 98% happy. I always find what I’m looking for—though I do wish they sold laptops, even if I don't think they ever will, given that they are essential tools for music, sound, recording, and so on. I’ve purchased all my sound equipment—as well as my guitars and video camera—from AMS. What more can I say? I’ll be sticking with AMS for the long haul, and I’d certainly recommend them—in fact, I already have, on several occasions, to friends and colleagues. Why do I recommend them? It’s simple: if the experience has been great for me, it could be even better for others.

First, you offered an "Interest-free" payment plan, but then I realized you slap on an "application fee" equivalent to interest - something Sweetwater does not do. Worse, I clicked on a specific link from my luthier to a product he recommended, but you switched it to a different product from the same company that is missing the specific feature that made him recommend it. There was no notification that you did this, no "this product is no longer avaliable, how about this one? The luthier received it (shipped to him directly) and he was like WTF? He discovered the same thing happened to him when he clicked on the link. He happens to have a connection at Fishman who was able to make a swap with him. So I never contacted customer service. But this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. It's unlikely I'll use your company in the future.

they offer an extended warranty, free shipping and they gave me a $20 off coupon! I was considering buying from your competition because they give 3 years extra warranty. but they wanted me to pay shipping so whats the point. I usually believe in the products i buy enough,,,, not to worry to much about warranty plus most of my credit cards have it.
