I did a lot of research for a punchy rock snare but I wanted a decent installment plan and AMS offered good plans. I've been getting a lot of ads on tiktok so I looked into the site and it looks just as good as sweetwater. I recently had not so good experience with them because they sold me a defective snare so thats why I looked elsewhere for a new snare and AMS checked all the boxes.

I'm a big fan pf AMS. I have bought a variety of guitars and other items from AMS. The support has always been responsive except for this last purchase of a gig bag. I asked a question related to a specific gig bad, which I ended up purchasing. Before i submitted my order I asked about the size f the bag and f my purchase of the Guild guitar would fit and be protected i that bag. I got no response. If more of other info was needed I expect I would be contacted. If not, it surprised me that I received no response.
