Look, I needed a new interface but I didn't have enough cash to purchase an interface with pro results and definitely wasn't taking a chance purchasing some cheap amazon interface. So I went to American Musical Supply online, started searching for usb audio interfaces.... they had a couple that seemed questionable, but for the most part the majority of their inventory was quality to High quality equipment. I didn't really notice any budget stock at all asides for minor defect or open box equipment.. . Ut it's still new and will cost you less that one in perfect condition and they work EXACTLY the same. Then when the order was hoing through I had issue with my bank card and AMS's credit department reached out to me and guaranteed me that they would hold my item and re-run my card when I was ready. They weren't pushy and didn't act like privileged prices (pardon my language). I got the interface that I wanted, and have 6 months to pay it off... And i got itbin 2 days.... it was an amazing experience that I would recommend to you and anyone else needing musical supplies!

I ordered a "blemished" amp, which was promptly shipped and arrived on time. Unfortunately, when I plugged my guitar into the amp, the amp jack broke right off. This is obviously a problem from the factory or something the previous owner did while the had the amp. I called customer service, and we are now working in an exchange. The only issue I have right now is that it's been nearly 5 hours and I've yet to receive the FedEx return shipping label, but that seems to a problem on FedEx's side, not AMS.
