Everything on AMS side was great. FedEx .. I always seem to an issue with their efforts. I had the package rerouted to nearest FedEx store. From Tracking info on FedEx, the package made it's to Orlando and was on truck out for delvery. By 5 PM there was no word on delivery. I was driving by FedEx store so stopped in to see if they knew anymore than online did. As I was waiting at the stoplight, FedEx sent email saying there was mistake and package never left the origin in Mississippi. The store clerk check and said it was out for delivery but probalby would be the following Monday before it was delivered. Then upon her further checking, the package was litterally right behind her. No reflection on AMS but what it because usual FedEx confusion.

I am Always happy with my purchases from AMS! I like how quickly the equipment arrives. I have actually purchased 3 Guitars from AMS.(which I need to correct from the question earlier) .There is only two things I would like to say, one I wish that the finishing on the guitars were more upfront. And two, I have been waiting for a backorder on an acoustic-electric guitar case for about 3 weeks, and I needed it sooner. But Really overall I am satisfied with my purchases. And I know my Family is Also! We're a musical Family and I Love to give gifts!!
