I have been on the site for about 72 straight hours attempting to make a fairly last second decision based on a number of upcoming gigs. Have a gold top w/ P90's and was considering getting the modern cobalt blue LP. At the end of the day, took a risk and went with the SG maestro. My only wish is that your selection was somewhat more up to date. I was a bit confused that the ZZZounds site listed several signature SGs for sale that were not on the AMS site (and my understanding is that the two companies share inventory)

I found it kludgy and difficult to find where to place the discount code -- annoying since I clicked on the discount code link in email, which code could not be copied, yet it did not embed the code into my checkout. I also was promised an additional $20 code for signing up for text messages. Never got it. Also quite disappointed in your "no-interest" payment offer, which has a $13 "application fee." So I instead used my PayPal credit, which has the same six-month, no-interest deal, but without that bullshit fee. You know who doesn't do that? Sweetwater. Their price was higher or at least I couldn't match it -- plus I got $15 off for subscribing to emails -- but you should learn from them. They have the BEST customer service in the business. If I weren't sending this directly to my luthier, I'd have probably waited for a better deal from them.

AMS had free shipping on a 50 bridge I looked everywhere on, description was unclear and immediate chat support was very helpful and resolved looking up spec not listed on page, registered account and got $20 off $100, so got ~40 of other stuff I was going to get in the next month. Adjusting cart, checking final cost and adding info and promo was all exceedingly excellent. Smoothest e-commerce (new custer, first buy) experience I think ever. congrats. You doubled my order value, bringing it to me much quicker and made me happier at the same time. some folk deserve a smiley face sticker, that was job well done and probably re-done a half dozen more times to smooth out the process. very nice.
