I signed up with my email/phone because the website advertised $20 off a purchase for doing so. However, I never received the discount. I contacted customer service and was told it could take up to 24 hours, so I waited, but nothing ever came through. I followed up again and never received a response. This was frustrating because the offer is clearly advertised, but in my experience, it was not honored. It feels misleading to promote a discount to get people to sign up and then not actually provide it or respond when customers ask for help.

I’m very happy with AMS. I’ve bought nearly almost all my gear from them. The prices and payment plans are too good to pass up. It would be nice to have a reward system or receive a discount or store credit. Because I’ve spent over $6000 with AMS (including this purchase) in the last year. So it would definitely be nice to see their appreciation. But other than that… they are spot on. Customer service is excellent as well. Thanks again!
