Car seat was back ordered. There is a return shipping/protection charge which seems like a scam. I should only be charged that if a return is needed, not a sunk cost for the order. The business and the shipping company should should also guarantee safe delivery of products, not charge for insurance.

I ordered 2 infant car seats (twins) on October 5 and was informed it would be a 2 week delivery. On October 8 I received an email stating the product was delayed and would not arrive at the warehouse until the end of October with an early November delivery. We panicked and started looking elsewhere. I sent an email on October 14 checking your cancellation policy. I was told that I would receive a full refund as long as the product had not been shipped. On October 15 my very pregnant daughter in law was able to locate the exact two car seats locally. I called that afternoon to cancel my order and was told the order had been shipped. Sure enough when I checked my email I had recya shipping statement with delivery expected October 21. Our car seats actually arrived on October 19. We are thrilled they arrived before the babies but not thrilled about the unnecessary panic, added stress and wasted time running around town.

Nice experience with purchase. The hardest thing about my purchase was trying to decide what to choose from such a large choice of strollers. I as able to compare the options that were most important to us. It was a nice to Albee Baby gave military discounts.

There were a lot of items that I needed that were sold out. I had to search a bunch to find things I needed. Also, when I clicked on an item and pressed back on the website, it made me start over from the beginning of the list sometimes. Other than that, the website is easy to navigate.

i knew of Albeebaby's existsnce from seeing it online for quite a while, and I had offered to help my daughter-in-law find a Nuna Mixx Next Stroller, either used or on sale. While searching, I saw Albeebaby had an open-box stroller in a discontinued color that was close to the color desired. I was at first hesitant, since it was non-returnable, but after seeing the many positive revews, i went forward and purchased it. I reveived a call stating the discontinued color was not available, but three oyher options were. One was the color we had originally wanted. The experiece has been great, the stroller looks great, and Ai am very happy that I purchased from Albeebaby.
