I was in the cart removed the return label and the second stroller I was viewing. removed package protection and a stroller, went back to add another item, checked out to see package protection automatically got added again into the cart. If that was the case I would have just driven there to pick up the items. Nice to know the cache on the site acknowledged to stroller being removed but not the option. Instead of automatically adding that option, better to ask if the customer wants it.

We purchased a trip trap Stokke high chair because our previous one our baby grew out of very quickly and we hadn’t done much research previously. After learning more about these sturdy high chairs and testing one, we decided it would be the best overall option to grow with our child. We thought about buying used, but decided to get a new one from Albee at a much lower price and we couldn’t be more happy with the performance of this product. Easy to clean, very sturdy, and not too difficult to modify. We tend to purchase our jogging strollers from here as well and have been very happy with them. I’ve learned recently they also have a first responder discount available, so we will most likely use that in the future also. Albee products have been on time and accurate to description.

Don't order from Albee Baby. I ordered an open box travel set which states that everything was in working order but it had been opened and returned, but the car seat base doesn't release so we have to use the car seat without the base every time and the stroller seat doesn't buckle so it's not safe to use. I was so disappointed with this product but can't return it because of the open box policy. Never purchase from them!

I’ve had such a great experience with Albee Baby and have ended up purchasing nearly all of our big-ticket baby items from them. They carry great brands, have an excellent product selection, ship quickly, and I love that they offer a military discount. One of the best examples was our Oilo rocking chair. It shipped incredibly quickly, and the delivery team brought it inside and placed it in the exact room I wanted. I actually received it faster ordering through Albee Baby than I would have ordering directly from Oilo, and Albee was running the same Black Friday promotion at the time. The biggest difference was that Albee didn’t charge for shipping or delivery, whereas ordering the exact same chair from other retailers would have added more than $100 in delivery fees. Their customer service has also been unmatched. I purchased a stroller that later dropped in price because of tariff-related changes, and their team quickly stepped in and refunded me the difference without any hassle or hesitation. I really appreciated how easy they made the entire process. Between the selection, pricing, fast shipping, military discount, free delivery on large items, and genuinely great customer service, Albee Baby has absolutely earned my loyalty. I’ll continue purchasing our baby gear from them for years to come.

I was really confused of what to buy with stroller wise with baby #2 coming. Millie walked me through EVERYTHING with such care and attention. We also purchased a glider and had some issues and Selina kept in touch with me and went out of her way to email and text me with pictures of different colors when the original was no longer being made.

We were attempting to purchase the stroller, but it was set up as "contribute" and there was not an options to simply buy it outright. You should have that as one of the options.

overall it was great. I like how you have the cash back system. However, the cashback tier is not that easy to find on the website making me question how much exatly am I able to get with the the cash back points that I earned. I hope everything can be more transparent and easy to navigate.
