I purchased a car seat. The price was fantastic and better than all other stores I had looked at. I was very happy with how fast it shipped. The only problem I had was how the car seat arrived. The box was opened and looked as if it had been through a rough transit. It’s a safety concern for me as parents are told to replace car seats immediately if in even a small car accident. This box looked as if it had been tossed and bumped many times. There also was no styrofoam or anything to protect the car seat in the box so it was not protected from the bumps.

Being a first-time mom, there are so many car seat options for my toddler! He’s quite tall and a bit heavier than average. Finding a car seat and stroller has been a real challenge. I finally settled on Albeebaby because the website was super easy to use, and I also managed to snag some discounts—which is great since everything’s so pricey these days and as a single mom it’s a definite win. I’m really glad that Albee baby has baby registry completion and Hero program discounts. Although I wish I was able to use them combined or with items on sale, I am still happy to get discount on my order.

I ordered a wagon from them. I really liked it. It didn’t come with a feature that I had expected to receive so I reached out to Customer Service. Unfortunately I never heard back from them. I’m pretty disappointed that the item didn’t have that feature. I was expecting at this point. I don’t know if it was an error or just something that doesn’t come with that item so I’m a little bummed out.

I had no issues with Albee Baby itself. The website was easy to navigate. The payment process was easy. I really appreciate the teacher discount. It helps out a lot. I just am not super happy so far with the value/quality aspect of the product I purchased, which has nothing to do with Albee Baby since the product is made by an outside company.

The product (Cybex Aton G2) and purchasing experience were good; however, the box arrived quite damaged. This is a baby car seat, and the packaging should provide adequate protection to ensure the seat is not compromised, particularly given that it is designed to protect a baby in the event of an accident. While there is no obvious damage to the car seat itself, given the extent of the damage to the box, it is reasonable to be concerned that the car seat may have been compromised. Since it arrived so close to our due date, I decided not to return it because I did not want to risk being left without a car seat if we needed to go to the hospital. The damage was primarily at the bottom of the box, where there was very little cushioning or protective packaging. Hopefully, this feedback can be considered for future packaging to help prevent similar issues.
