I pre-ordered the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 Plus and wanted to change the color. Someone from customer support contacted me within the same day and was able to help me process this change. I was extremely impressed with how fast they communicated with me. I received my item within 2 days of it shipping. I also received 20% because I am a healthcare worker. I am extremely satisfied with how fast my item came, how efficient customer service was, and the price of the item. I will definitely purchase with AlbeeBaby again and will recommend it to other parents.

Happy with price but not happy with the no return policy on open box items. Also, military discount did not apply to this purchase which was extremely disappointing. If there is an available military discount it shouldn’t be chosen only for certain items seems like bad practice.

1. email doesnt mention which product you are referring to! 2. Shipping is around or more than a week , where I would like to see better turn around 3. good deal options are there so would recommend 4. should have been able to use rewards on the current purchase, not on the next one alone; at least beyond a particular $$ expense by the account holder 5. products are genuine and customer service is responsive , so would recommend 6. package care - why do you even charge for this, it should not burden the customer

The overall experience of shopping through Albee Baby was extremely smooth and wonderful. It is among the first to introduce new products. I do recommend every shopper to enjoy the shopping experience from Albee Baby, when it comes to kid's gears. Although I'm little disappointed by the delivery and return process. The delivery should be at the door, specifically when it comes to heavier items. Also, the return process is not as smooth as shopping process. Need to talk to customer service for returns and the return pickup never works.
