Purchasing was easy. I didn't understand the need to charge for shipping return labels and such until I received my stroller from you guys- it came and looked used and broken and I was VERY thankful I had the shipping safety net and able to return, since it was such an expensive item. Our first purchase from you guys in summer of 2025 has been amazing and everyone asks where we got it from!! I always advertise for this website and let my friends/family know that the website is worth visiting!

I’ve been debating ordering a wonderfold wagon for my kids but the price made it decide against it. Albee baby had the style of wagon that I wanted but in a hunter green color that I loved but was no longer available on Amazon and they had it for $130+ off retail. It was a no brainer. Immediately purchased.

Don’t buy stroller bundles

One stroller = 6 packages = 60 emails. Almost impossible to reschedule delivery. Asking UPS to hold package (while mom is giving birth) costs 6 x $16.99 = $100. I don’t want 6 packages, I want ONE package. You totally forgot about your customers. UPS is fully automated = no human element. When delivery failed (because Albee insisted on signatures while mom was giving birth!), rather than resending undelivered packages, I had to return delivered packages (paying out of pocket) and reorder all six packages. All this for ONE stroller? Never agsin.

I found this site to be confusing at times especially when trying to enter discounts codes provided, most of them did not work. I did not find it to be user friendly and if I wasn't a persistent person I would of given up.

I'm really annoyed that I can't redeem my Albee Rewards balance in full (you can only do a full dollar amount). It was my first time redeeming points, and I thought that I made a mistake when choosing the amount since there was a balance left over, so I took the $190 redemption off of my order. After that it said that I only had a $0.29 balance and I nearly had a heart attack. It took me a few minutes and tears to figure out how to add it back, but I did figure it out. I thought that I lost the money for a minute there! It was very stressful.

I like the variety and have purchased quite a few things from them for my children, they ship fast and give a great healthcare discount but the car seat i received was completely opened on the bottom and I could even see the date on the car seat and it’s almost a year old. Way too much to pay for a new seat to lose a year of use before expiration. I’m really unhappy about this last purchase.
