Good interaction I appreciate that the site automatically applies the best discount available and they recognize that there’s no tax on car seafood Florida where I live (some sites charge it and then you have to get in contact with them)

Astoundingly, almost offensively overpriced - $50 for two pieces of injection molded plastic with no moving parts - but there was no alternative. If you need that particular stroller to car seat adapter, you gotta cough up. Feels bad, though.

The purchase process itself was simple and easy. However, within minutes of placing my order, I decided another stroller on Albee’s website better met my needs and immediately attempted to cancel. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel the order online, so my only choice was to email customer service. The following day, customer service confirmed they were able to cancel the order before it ever shipped. Despite the order never leaving the warehouse, I was still charged the $15.99 for the Prepaid Return Label and Package Protection, and that fee was not refunded. Had I known this charge would not be refunded on an order that never shipped, I likely would have purchased from another retailer. My only suggestions would be to provide customers with a way to cancel orders immediately after purchase and to refund optional protection and return label fees when an order is canceled before shipment.
