I had a good experience. I ordered the nuna swiv last year and got $200 in rewards that i then applied to upgrade my daughters carseat. Overall the options were not the best, but 2 of the ones i was interested in were available. I appreciated the open box option that helped me widen my options based on pricing. I do wish albee carried more clothing options and toy options for me to apply my points to.

Overall positive experience. Military veteran discount code didn't work since the item was on sale, but that's OK as the savings were more than the discount anyway. It felt like a sneaky or pushy move having "Checkout+" as the primary button with the regular checkout in smaller print as a link below the button, rather than a button the same size.

I bought two strollers from this company. One came that was clearly a returned item. I called the company immediately after receiving shipment and was told I had to file a claim. I filed a claim which required videos and photos of the clear use, fact that there was no user manual, the stroller was shipped without any packaging protection. There is an unboxing video of this on YouTube that shows all these things. Mine was just a box and the stroller in a bag. The claim was denied. Spent a bunch of time going through hoops for their dumb “claim” process only to be denied and now I have to dispute the charge. This is also after spending $35 on their easy return gimmick.
