I like the website and the offers it provides. What made me purchase is the fact that it works with my capital one card and also honors my husband military discount. I will say the website at first did not come as very authentic to me and I was questioning how legitimate it is. After some reasearch I confirms it’s trustworthy. I’m also happy you carry all The colors of the car seat I was interested in , I did not see it on other websites.

Hard to get the discount applied. A few days later price was a lot lower for the same model. Delivery was fast. This car seat is extremely heavy. I can even pick it up myself.

I bought a high chair and the address was wrong - It was sent to Willow St. in Brooklyn, instead of Willow Place. They did not help me in terms of getting the item back from where it was delivered and provided no course of action. I had to deal with UPS directly. I do not think other vendors would have a hands-off resolution. I had to buy the product a second time.

The Nuna car seat we bought from Albee is great and exactly what we hoped for. It was easy to look through options on the website and since I had been to the store and looked there already I knew which one I wanted and just had to pick a color. The car seat arrived quickly and mostly ready to install in our car so we didn’t have to assemble anything. I also got updates on the status of the order and delivery which was helpful to know when to expect it. Really happy with this order!
