I like the variety and have purchased quite a few things from them for my children, they ship fast and give a great healthcare discount but the car seat i received was completely opened on the bottom and I could even see the date on the car seat and it’s almost a year old. Way too much to pay for a new seat to lose a year of use before expiration. I’m really unhappy about this last purchase.

The price is crazy high and the double stroller is very weird the way the bottom baby is so low and under the top baby. It’s what my nephew wanted, if it was me I would have sent it back

Car seats are expensive, so it was wonderful to see open box options that were guaranteed to be safe and new! The color we wanted was available immediately, check out was a breeze, and the shipping time was pretty short! When we got the product, nothing besides the packaging indicated it was open box! I felt super safe using this for my baby!

The only thing that was confusing was that the checkout said I owed $40 in taxes (total of $720) but then when I used Apple Pay the $40 taxes went away and the total was $680. Everything else was easy and convenient
