Always a great functional website with the top of the line baby products. I do wish they carrier more mid tier products at times, but that’s not their business model and that’s okay. Their first responder discount has made it possible for us to access a level of quality and safety in products that we couldn’t access otherwise, and we are very grateful for that.

I like the website and the offers it provides. What made me purchase is the fact that it works with my capital one card and also honors my husband military discount. I will say the website at first did not come as very authentic to me and I was questioning how legitimate it is. After some reasearch I confirms it’s trustworthy. I bought a high chair and the address was wrong - It was sent to Willow St. in Brooklyn, instead of Willow Place. They did not help me in terms of getting the item back from where it was delivered and provided no course of action. I had to deal with UPS directly. I do not think other vendors would have a hands-off resolution. I had to buy the product a second time.
