Terrible experience with customer service.
I ordered the Wonderfold VW2 stroller wagon, which costs over $1000. My first order was mysteriously canceled without any notification — no email, no explanation. I only found out after I called customer service myself.
I placed the order again, and this time it was delivered. However, the handle arrived scratched. From my previous experience with a Cybex Priam stroller, I know that such scratches only get worse over time — the handle material begins to peel, which is exactly what happened with mine.
For a product at this price point, I expected it to arrive in perfect condition.
I emailed customer service the same day with photos, but never received a response. I didn’t want to return the item because my child had been looking forward to it for so long, and I couldn’t face disappointing them again by returning it and waiting weeks for a refund — then placing a third order.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Albee Baby for years and have always ordered all my kids’ gear from this store. But this experience has left me incredibly disappointed, and I no longer feel confident shopping here.
I’m truly disappointed.
