READ RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING

I ordered a bugaboo donkey 5 stroller thinking that it would be my dream stroller since I have 2 kids 2 and under.
After opening, assembling, and test driving it down my street I realized that I didn’t like it at all. It hardly fit on our sidewalks, the front wheels wouldn’t pivot, collapsing it to put in our vehicle was so difficult.
This stroller just isn’t what I thought it’d be.
I went to Albee baby to submit a return and was met with their return policy.
Since I opened and used this stroller, this product was not eligible for refund/ return regardless of it being brand new and hardly used.
How would I know that I didn’t like the stroller without first assembling and using it?
I emailed their customer support about my predicament and they sent me a link to submit a return/ see their return policy. Not helpful.
I am now stuck trying to sell this stroller.
Although their product availability is great and shipping time was fast, I would not recommend Albee baby solely due to their awful return policy and unhelpful customer service.
This is an extremely expensive stroller, an investment that I made and completely regret.
