Shopping experience was pretty good. Airsoft GI is one of my go to websites when I am looking for airsoft supplies and guns. The shopping cart experience was a tad annoying. If I took too long looking for items, and then if I added a new item, sometimes the old items in cart would disappear and I would have to go and re-find the previous items and add them back to the cart. I appreciated the clear pricing on the items and the shipping through the whole process and I was not left to guess my final bill. Thank you

I initially came to Airsoft GI, because they had an item in stock that evike was out of. There were some issues with the shipping that I had to call to resolve, and the delivery took a lot longer than evike normally does, but the customer service was top notch, everyone I talked to was helpful, and airsoft GI actually reached out to me to make sure the details were correct. When my order arrived it was well packaged and as high quality as advertised.

Overall, you get what you buy from them, but if you have an issue, it takes almost a month to get things sorted out, and I had to pester them through multiple platforms, phone line, Email, Discord, and eventually got a hold of someone through chat before my issue was addressed. I understand that it could be a challenge as a small company, but I would expect it to take less than a week to get a hold of customer support. They did take care of the issue once the ticket was submitted; it just took quite some time, so hopefully you're not in any hurry.
