I ordered a product from this website specifically because I could get the product with guaranteed 2 days shipping. the website said delivery by Wednesday. I purchased. On Wednesday night at 11:30 pm I messaged the company informing them that I did not receive the merchandise by the date stated on the website at the time of purchase and suggested that they credit me the shipping or give me store credit because sometimes mistakes happen. Surprisingly I got a reply. The individual stated that my purchase was at 3:18pm and cut off for Wednesday delivery was 2:45 pm and it stated on the website blah blah blah and the company was within their delivery threshold and basically I was SOL. I suggested that their website needed to be updated because it could have corrected the delivery date since the time I ordered was after 2:45 pm. They suggested that if I had an issue to call th company the next day. I did that, I called and got further resistance. I suggested they correct the mistake by updating their website (like other websites are capable of) and that if their website said Wednesday then they should honor that. I got a SOL answer to which I said I won’t be purchasing from them again and they “ok, have a great day” and hung up… the product was fine, the customer service was abysmal. I try not to buy from other large companies to support businesses such as this one, but not if they are going to treat me in this manner. Again, an offer some sort would have saved me from writing this, they give 20-50% off all the time so why not try to make this right even offering me a 50% coupon or something (since I know they can’t get the money back for delivery fees) and assurance that they would update their website. Or even just assure me their website would be updated so others don’t run into this issue. Honestly any littele but if customer service would have been acceptable.
