I like the variety of products they have and that they offer discounts to military. I was not upset to be disqualified for the free shipping as I'm currently stationed outside of USA but still I appreciate the effort. I appreciate their discretion when shipping items as well.

I got a link that said 8 free gifts and I clicked on it to find out what those gifts were but the information was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t even in checkout where I usually find the information. I wish it was more clearly stated in general- like the home page. I had gotten another link for another gift and so I used that today because I knew what it was. The discounts given with the code never apply to anything in my cart because they have limits or are already “on sale” which is disappointing. The biggest issue that I have is the shipping. It is expensive and takes longer than the estimated time- usually it ships immediately and sits at a site for 2-3 weeks then gets to me soon after that. I wish I could go and get it from the site that it sits at as it would just be faster. I do enjoy the free gifts though. They allow me to try things that I normally wouldn’t buy for myself.

Website was quick and easy to use. I liked that the shipping is free but did not like that the rebate from free shipments requires a monthly fee. The $100 for using the survey implied it would be towards future Adam & Eve purchases, not a $100 discount to magazine subscriptions. I WAS happy with the purchase; the deceptive survey incentives make me feel annoyed and mistrustful of future offers.
