I signed up for Adam & Eve text messages and got two coupons. One was for a half-off toy + free rabbit, and the next was free shipping for the next two hours. The free shipping didn’t apply so I paid full price for it. Chat Support fixed the issue within a minute of opening a chat with them and refunded the price of the shipping charges. I am impressed with the speed and efficacy in which they solved my issue.
