I wish there was a larger selection and an easier process for returns. For instance, I purchased the Gen 3 model of the clitoral stimulator I purchased now (second time) and the gen 3 would not do anything. I’d charge it and it didn’t work. Not even with or without the app. Unfortunately I didn’t get to return it but I also didn’t receive any of my money back or even a replacement would have been nice as I have been a loyal customer for so long.

Easy website to navigate and find products. All products provide the measurements and allows you to understand the size of what is being ordered which is helpful. Some of the email offers for free items are only available through the deal and cannot be bought separately. One of the previous free items ended up not being usable after one use and we would have loved to simply buy a replacement but its only available when it is a free item special.

I had a great interaction! The user interface made it very easy to understand what was or was not on sale as well as the conditions on which the promotion would occur. On checkout, the simplicity and variety of discount opportunities made purchasing feel easy and not stressful. My only complaint is when entering billing information on phone, the page has a tendency to jump around making me have to scroll all the way back to fill out my ingot again.

I purchased a vibrator from here and over the last year it has started to malfunction. Not holding a charge and barely working more than 3mins before it turns off. So I was trying to find something like it. Hopefully I made a good choice.
