Very little information about each product. Like how it works and what it does. I had to go to Amazon to get more information about each product. Also, the shipping assurance and order upgrade thing feels like a rip off. Stand by your shipping or don’t, but don’t make us pay extra for a quality experience.

Checkout can be deceiving and confusing. Free gifts with codes especially. One seems to be penalized every time you go out of your selection and come back in to a lesser amount of free gifts with a different discount code, causing frustration and more of a chance to abort the whole purchase
