I was happy with the shopping experience. Once I got to the checkout there were many fees that I had not planned on. Shipping fees. Assurance and rush processing . It wasn’t much but this is my 3rd order Adam and Eve. I know that I have been charged for this in previous orders. A dollar for “rush processing” is stupid. I didn’t pad for rush. That is why I did free shipping

I don't want to complain. but it took a long time to get delivered and I even paid the fast processing fee 🙁 The product itself is Great but like I said the shipping took a lot longer than I expected considering that I paid the quick processing fee. Also the coupon on you sent would probably get used if it did not require a $69+ minimum purchase, you guys should send me a spend $20 or more and get free shipping coupon and I would forget how long it took to ship and I did not mean to fill in the circle on the part where it asks if the shipping was on time it took a long time.
