I think the website’s set up could be a little better. It’s a little bit of a mess but it’s still navigable. The discount thing did become an issue but I think I figured it out. I think there should be a way to turn off the discounts or look at the list of them in use. However, the site seems to have a lot of information about each product which is really nice.

It was pretty nice. I liked the fact that it kept track of how much I needed to get a free item and because there was a sale going on. It was really nice to have the sale price up and about. I feel like, however, one problem with check out specifically is, I didn’t realize that there was a shipping fee. I assumed because I had met the amount to get the free item. I will get free shipping as well, and I did not so because I did not budget for the shipping I had to take items out of my cart. So I feel like if that check out for you. Actually put any of the information in there should be an estimate shipping price of what you’re shipping might be so that people who are just putting items in their cart. Can see their full total.

overall experience has always been good. i typically go into the store for things i want but for toys i always order online. but it’s always super easy to navigate and checkout. the only thing i would recommend is maybe update the website to like a refreshed look. i feel like the website has looked the same for so long. which is good but designs and different color schemes would be nice
