After I checked out we are asked about shipping and refunds for what was purchased, but it didn't say why we don't get it all back, my refund would have been 30 dollars, after check out it dropped to 20. I've shopped here many times before and have never tried to get a refund, my shopping went well other than that.

when I was trying to make my order to get the free gifts and discounts, once I added the items to my cart, they were at full price again. I didn't get free shipping even though my order was over $70.
