Love the site and products, but I struggled to find the item I was looking for using the search function or categories. I was also unable to locate a purchase history to find the exact item. My email confirmations from previous orders also did not include the name of the item. I ended up finding what I was looking for by using a reverse image search on Google to identify and locate the item. Had I not already owned one that stopped working to take a picture of, I likely would not have found what I was looking for.

There aren't a diverse range of products, like dildos with very flared/well defined bases in the images, at least. Shipping and extra fees felt like too much considering that I only spent 80 on toys, but if they are good quality, it amounts to a rounding error in my budgeting.

I love how there is always discounts going on including free gifts, free toys, free lubes it makes me more likely to make a purchase. For the lubes, I think some education somewhere on the website clearly stating use this type for toys versus this type for people interactions would be lovely. Maybe they could be categorized as such?

Everything looked great but I have a small wife and sadly the toy we bought her just would not fit. This is not your fault at all but its something that we have to be aware of now and nothing really says anything about side. One size does not fit all. We dont want to return it or nothing as its just a learning experience for us.
