I went to make a purchase a few days prior, I attempted to order thru paypal and I had gotten a notification from my card company saying the transaction was approved, but it didn’t go thru PayPal. I was expecting the package soon, then come to find out the money was returned and the order cancelled. Just recently, I tried to do the same thing again after tapping on PayPal (I’m using my mobile phone to order) and it took me thru the process, it charged me for $70 cause I added more on this time around, but yet again it went thru my cardholder and not my PayPal, and after it had already charged my card for the $70 then it took me to the shipping screen, and it was saying it was going to charge me $140 almost for what I had on my previous order (a sex doll, cleaning spray, and lube) and my newer order with just the doll and one of the special $20 kit offers that popped up with it. It was all very confusing, and I went back, reordered and just placed a new order being just the doll and some cleaning spray. It was agitating to deal with and I’m down that extra $70 until it’s refunded. Make the website more mobile phone compatible and the PayPal paying process easier to go thru. It only worked for me when I clicked on secure checkout AFTER creating an account and automatically PayPal was chosen as my method of payment. Maybe change things where it just says checkout, then ask for shipping wants, then ask how they wish to pay. Would make more sense don’t ya think? Everything else is great though!
