Site Experience FeedbackNov 30, 2025
The ease of checkout, overall selection, and prices comparable to other merchants of similar products was good. What falls short is the search engine as well as the desktop interface. Starting with the search engine, a search for a simple term like "grinder" only yields about 3 results. However, if one skipped the search and instead selected "For Her"-"Vibrator"-"Grinder", the result is 11 items. This similar pattern can be observed for other products and categories around your website; the search engine displays woefully incomplete results. This may lead potential customers to simply assume that your selection is poor and shop on another site rather than navigate a map of category selections. Secondly, while category selections are very apparent via the mobile store viewed on a smartphone using android architecture, such categories are much harder to locate and access when viewing your website via a computer with windows architecture, and the search engine remains incomplete at finding results among your inventory. The two separate views should be more similar to each other, especially for customers who prefer to browse at their convenience via their mobile device but make actual purchases on a computer with more secure encryption and antivirus. The dissimilarity of website appearance and ineptitude of the search engine make populating one's shopping cart with previously browsed items unnecessarily difficult.
