I was held hostage by my printer at work. The last update made sure it would not recognize any other cartridge than original and school had started so I needed ink FAST. I ordered from 123, they delivered as needed and quickly to my school address and I am now up and running. They saved my day, especially because I have the computer because I need to print student activities as the class is going on. If you ever need ink fast, give 123 a call. They usually have a discount code in their emails but the prices are very reasonable/competitive. I rarely have a problem with cartridges not being accepted by the printer, but when it does happen, customer service is quick to replace or credit, which is very helpful on a teacher budget!

I recently purchased a magenta ink cartridge for my WF-4833 series printer, sharing my previous experience with 123Refills, where none of the three replacement refills I received worked. After placing my order, I received a response promising a replacement. Subsequently, I was sent two magenta ink cartridges, but unfortunately, neither of them functioned. This has left me quite disappointed because, in my earlier order, the black, cyan, and yellow cartridges worked perfectly. Yet, every magenta cartridge I've received has failed to be detected.

This will be my third attempt at purchasing a Magenta cartridge from 123refills. Previously, I ordered a replacement, but unfortunately, none of the replacement cartridges worked. I reached out to the store for assistance, and while they responded to my email, I replied back but haven’t received any confirmation regarding a replacement or return. I know their products are reliable because the black, cyan, and yellow cartridges work perfectly with my printer, but the Magenta just won't cooperate. I'm hoping this time will be different, but I can't help but feel a bit apprehensive about the outcome.
