product was backordered but i was not notified. i sent an email and received no response. i opened a ticket and still no response. eventually i had to call to speak to someone. in the meantime the order status showed as completed so i thought the item went astray.

I love that I am able to buy ink that is comparable to my ink for my printer. I just wish that the shipping was free for a lower amount for the purchase. It’s already expensive enough.

Started by reaching out to LD Products, but they didn't have the right cartidge on their site for the printer I have. 123refills did so ordered from you. Order came on time and in good condition. Ihaven't installed it yet since my old cartridge is still working but told me to order a new cartridge.
