I recently purchased a set of ink cartridges and opted for expedited shipping, expecting them to arrive within two days. Unfortunately, they arrived later than anticipated. After installation, I found that the black, cyan, and yellow cartridges are functioning properly; however, the magenta cartridge is not being recognized by my printer. I would appreciate either a refund for the defective cartridge or a replacement that works correctly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was a little bit worried at first because the label was completely different from what expected. As soon as I received the package I opened it and inserted to the printer to check if it was working (even though I just changed 3 ink cartridges the day before) so that I can return the package soon enough before it pass the time for return. I was so happy that they were working nicely even though the label was simple.
