Site is always very easy to use and enticing. Love getting glasses from here. The only issue is my other two pairs. I got a year ago both the arms just completely fell out. Don’t know why it wasn’t a screw. Issue is like the metal just gave out.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from your store, and I really appreciate the wide selection of modern designs and how easy it is to search for frames by size. One feature I would absolutely love to see is the ability to customize frame sizes. There have been many times when I found a design I really liked, but unfortunately had to give up on it because the frame dimensions didn’t fit my face or pupillary distance (PD). I think allowing customers to order any frame design in their preferred size would be an amazing feature and a major advantage that sets your store apart from other eyewear retailers. Additionally, I would love to see improvements to the virtual try-on feature. If it could show a more realistic representation of how the glasses would actually look and fit on someone’s face, it would make the shopping experience even better. Overall, I’m very happy with your selection and shopping experience, and I believe these improvements would make your store even more appealing to customers.

I was really wanting my glasses early. So I contacted customer support. Although they couldn't speed it up, they gave me the time frame of when they would be finished, shipped, and delivered. It was only 11 days! Like clockwork! I spent $280 on glasses from my eye doctor and it took just as long. I only spent $33 on yesglasses and they look better than the ones I picked out in person at the doctor's office. They also have a fantastic return policy and a ONE year warranty!!!
