Didn't realize the sale was in American dollars until after I completed the purchase. Didn't get a working tracking number for two days. When the glasses arrived they were very small. The progressive portion of thd lens consequently interferes with my longer range vision.

I ordered the glasses for an event and they tracked it to the United States and that was the end of it. I couldn’t contact anyone by phone or email just the online chat which was frustrating. They basically confirmed that the order is stuck and I can get a refund.

I always get a little confused when trying to find transitions for my glasses. I would prefer if they explain the different terminology for lens types plus show photos referencing the different lenses. each type of lenses react.

Something is wrong with the Readers I ordered - I cannot read w them. I have emailed the merchant - I did not see any chat available. I have not yet heard back. I would like to return the glasses but how to do so is not published. In this day and age when Amazon makes retiring an item almost as easy as buying it, any other experience is unsatisfactory.
