I love the conveince of buying foreign DVDs from this website. The fact that I have started a DVD collection of American and Japanese dubbed ones is what enhances my love for Asian-specific languages and multilingualism approach in my favorite films of childhood.

They most often never have items I want in stock despite saying that they're in stock, and it's only after I purchase said item that they update it to say no longer in stock. The only good thing about all of this is that after they update it, they refund my money.

I've used Yesasia for about 20 years - they have been reliable for delivering Asian-media. Overall they are good - it's difficult to connect with their customer service - if you try hard enough, you can get a response.

Good is you could shop a lot of Asian stuffs online and it's charged in US dollars, not foreign currency but bad is sometimes it takes more than 1-2 weeks to receive the items. A little bit slow. Otherwise, the best site for Asian stuffs.

When my cart was above a certain amount, a free dad was added, however it was a region code that would not have been playable for me. Ultimately, it’s a nice idea, but it wouldn’t do me any good. And there was no other copies with a different region code available

Have been ordering with delivery to Hawaii which is part of USA. But this time it couldn’t be delivered to Hawaii but your website didn’t state this. Then I tried to send to California as advised by your staff but order was rejected. Then this was resolved. I had to ask my relative to receive my order then transport to me in Hawaii. Koey was most helpful. I hope that you will be able to ship to Hawaii soon. It took me over 1 month to order & receive the books. Previously, when it was shipped to Hawaii, I didn’t habpve any problems. Thank you

I was disappointed that my order couldn't be shipped to Hawaii which is part of the USA. Korey was most helpful. I hope that my order that is being shipped to my niece in CA arrives safely; as i was unable to provide a delivery name for the alternate shipping address. The delivery name is different from order & payment name. I hope that my niece can receive the books before she departs from California to meet me at the end of December. It is hoped that shipments can resume to Hawaii to facilitate purchasing & delivery. Thank you

I really like that I can buy Asian albums, especially Japanese releases easily. I use iTunes a lot and I can’t purchase Japanese releases of many artists, so I appreciate I can purchase them here.

The website was very easy to use. The only problem I had was figuring out how to make my shipping address to the united states. I didn't realize there was a seperate website! Once I found that everything was very straight forward. I like that you can select which version of the album you want.

Took me forever to find what I was looking for. Kept glitching. If I didn’t need this exact magazine, I would have given up. Also, a bigger selection of magazines from Korea would be nice. BTS, actors, etc.

I don't know if there is a mobile version, but if there is, maybe have the page open in mobile ver when the site is opened using a mobile device. So far as I can see, the site opens in desktop format. This makes everything hard to see without zooming in.

I totally recommend to buy in yesasia if you’re looking for certain products from Asian countries at such as music, DVDs, movies, magazines, etc. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that it took forever to get home about three weeks, but other than that, everything is fine.
