I grew up on Yankee Candles. Then as I got older I was inspired as a stay at home mom to sell party lite candles for a while. As I went through different jobs and management levels I’ve always been a candle lover! B&B has had my heart over the last 10 years and I’ve spent a minimum of $1,000 a year with them as I make every family member a candle tree for Christmas! It’s became a tradition. However, B&B has started to upset me when they changed and put a time limit on their free gift from the point system. I spent a lot of money to earn that. As did many others. They put price point stipulations barely covering their products.
So I said screw it… I’m going back to check out Yankee Candle! Ohhhhh wow! I fell back in love! IMMEDIATELY! But I was in store! Grand Prairie, in Peoria, Il! Last year. They were so nice and helpful! My husband and I bought so much! I said next year we are doing Yankee trees!
But here I am.. online bc my health doesn’t let me out a lot and there really aren’t that many scents anymore. Not like there use to be. Real pumpkin scents, hazelnut, or the banana bread. I could go on and on.
Then the $12 sale… limited to 12. And then I had a hand full of candles that rang full price and I tried the online chat and it told me to try a different server or different computer… do what?!?!?! Ok so I refreshed. Logged out… tried again…. Came back… waited a day… message again now candles are going out of stock.
So now I’m disappointed.
I was excited but now I’m frustrated.
