You dont want to. I received broken stuff, because someone got lazy or was just stuck on stupid. With as much paper as you put in a package my stuff should of never broke. There were 6 smaller candles and you put one of those cardboard things in the box that the large candles sit in. Yet you decided it would be best to put all my accessories in the cardboard wells and use the remaining 3 cardboard wells to stack candles in them with no packing material 🤔 🤔 now it's me having to try and lift out and take a picture of a broken and jagged candle. For which I could of cut myself on. Contact customer service and send it to you. Taking up which is my valuable time. You think the customer has all the time in the world 🌎 and our time is free. Then now im waiting for a replacement that was a gift for now 8 days and it's not due till tomorrow. And all I got out of this mistake was a candle I had to throw away, time on the phone talking,looking in my email, and tracking a package. That was already sent and received. Smh! This isn't laughable. I've had things sent by accident not in my order that were just hideous. I've had problems in app that has needed customer service to resolve. Not sure i want to continue with your company. I didn't even get anything for the inconvenience, you just gave me what I originally ordered but severely damaged now late. You should give your customers fragrance points for mess ups. It keeps them happy, not wanting to go somewhere else. Sad thing it's a catch 22. I have acquired $20 in fragrance points from last order. So I either forfeit them if I leave. Or I try a chance at craps and see if my order comes off without a hitch.
