Horrible! I created an account and when I tried to sign in it kept telling me to enter a valid email even though the email I entered was my correct email & I had already received an email from you.
This happened several times.
Then it wouldn’t recognize my correct address and let me place the order even though I was entering the same correct information each time. I finally had to place the order with an address that has the word “Ext” in it and this is not my correct address. I couldn’t reach a human being about these problems - only a ridiculous online “assistant” that was useless. Now I will need to call again to try to speak to a PERSON to TRY to correct my address.
I have ordered from Goose Creek Candles for years with no problems. I purchased from one of you stores recently and decided to order online. Based on this awful experience, I’m not likely to continue to do so. I would expect a large company like Yankee Candle to have a better ordering & customer service experience. I frequently purchase online and this has been the worst experience I’ve had.
