There is a threshold for free shipping that wasn't clearly stated anywhere, I guess I fell for it, so that worked? Kind of underhanded, but you sold an extra clearance item, and I *guess* I can afford it? I might prefer to shop in store next time, cause I was there, to smell the stuff, but I knew there was a better deal on the site (in store is currently buy one, get one half off as opposed to bogo free on the site.) I had planned on getting 5 or 6, but in store, I probably would have only bought 2 or *maybe* 3. I was already there, and have no plans to go to that shopping center any time soon, so I will order today. In the future, I will buy fewer candles in person rather than using a website that I *know* is manipulating me. But I'm probably in the minority. I think you can see that I'm a half intelligent human, who understands and is even taking the time to fill out a survey. That's not that common, I know, so I might be considered a "vocal minority" and that's sort of a powerful position I hold. Anyways, I buy your products because I know what to expect, like McDonald's or Red Robin. I recognize your balsam and cedar, it's not the best, and your price is not the most I am willing to spend on a product, but it is consistent. But if I feel like you're taking advantage of me, maybe I'll be more likely to splurge on a company that doesn't use cheap tricks on gullible people? I dunno, I guess you'll track whether I buy more of your products and see if this was *that* important to me.
