My order on 12/6 was second order in past 6 weeks - first order was received within days - on second order, there was no updates in first week so I reached out via chat to confirm that I would receive order by 12/18 as it held a number of gifts needed for that day. Used On Line Chat feature with Chatbot which was beyond frustrating as they were not answering questions posed. My question was simple - lacking an update on status of order, could someone confirm that I would receive the order by 12/17 as it held a number of gifts that were needed for 12/18. Was given a Client Resolution number and told someone would respond next day by email. Did receive an email the next day but with nothing concrete in terms of status of order. I responded to that email with same question and received second email with a lot of words but no answer to my question. On Sunday, I received an automated email that said my package would be delivered on Monday (12/15) - late in the day on Monday, received another email saying that package was to be delivered on 12/16 - nothing yet. I would have been perfectly fine if expectations would have be set as to when package would be received but the stress of potentially having to purchase 7 additional gift in a last minute basis has been hanging over us now for several days - we are hopeful that the package will be received by tonight and definitely by tomorrow.
