Not sure if the website was having issues, but I was having issues using your website trying to check out and put in the correct amount of candles per your buy one get two free codes. It was extremely hard to load the candles into the cart and check out because the website either wouldn’t allow me to get to the checkout or was crashing or something. It was very difficult. I had to open up another website, establish my account and then reopen it up again on the other website on where I ordered the candles, which was not very convenient. Once I actually got to the cart and tried to verify the candles that I ordered were correct. It somehow didn’t give me the proper pricing for certain candles, which was weird. I had to delete and re-order certain candles because they weren’t coming up in my cart. Once I finally got the candles, I wanted in my cart the way you guys priced it on the website was very strange. Your promo was to buy one get two free and that still didn’t show up on the website in the cart correctly, I ordered five different candles and some of them were full price. Some of them were discounted and some of more free. That I didn’t quite understand how you guys did it but the dollar amount worked out so as long as I get the candles that I am hoping to get in in the end, it really doesn’t matter. But the whole checkout process and ordering process was very confusing time consuming and hard to navigate. I did the whole process because I believe in your candles you guys make really good candles with amazing fragrances so I just dealt with the issues until I finally got it figured out
