As a second-time site user (I tried to formulate an order late one night a couple of weeks ago, but got too tired to continue after the first hour or so of browsing), I find this site needlessly complicated to navigate. The product information given for each item is simply not consistent. I found myself going back and forth between multiple tabs to compare items and pricing for different iterations of the same candle scent, since comparisons of size, burn time, etc. could not be done on the same page. (All items I shopped for were candles of various sizes.) Some product pages gave info about different items/sizes with the same scent; others did not, even though variations were visible, though not grouped together, when scrolling through product categories. Some pages offered no scent profile at all, so I had to search a different size/shape candle with the same scent name. It was difficult to look at items by price, because discounted/clearance items were arranged by their full retail price and not the discounted price. And why are Christmassy/holiday scents, of which there seem to be dozens, all lumped in with "winter"? Not all Christmas scents are specifically wintry (vanilla, fruits, spices, mint etc), and Christmas is not even celebrated in the winter season in half the world. Having a separate 'holiday' or 'Christmas' category would make shopping a lot easier.
It took me over 2 hours today to research and place my order of 7 items, and that seems excessive to me. I am happy to get some steeply discounted candles from a high-quality candle company, but I'm not sure my total time expenditure over the past 2 weeks was really worth it when going to the shop at the mall during a sale would take less time.
