The biggest problem I encounter with Yankee Candle is with their website. It doesn’t always operate smoothly. It just feels antiquated overall. It actually just crashed on me twice when I was shopping, so I had to go back in to finish my order. It’s very slow and glitchy most of the time. I would love to see them offer an app, if they are willing to keep up with the necessary maintenance on it. I just believe it would expedite the shopping and purchasing of their products. I have no problem with the item descriptions and pictures, if you can just get them to load! They have decent sales and I love the rewards offers, especially the free birthday candle. The problem I have with it though, is that it says you can choose a candle worth up to $34.00 and the price of the large jar candle is $34.99. 🤔 So how is that supposed to work? And they limit you to certain scents and candles so I don’t think that’s especially fair when they are all priced the same anyway. If they could just iron out a few of those details, it would be an overall pleasant experience to shop with them. Love their scents and always have.
