probably last order due to website and customer service.. you send coupons for candles accessories etc. ridiculous that i have to waste my time ordering 2 times to use both coupons. Not to mention that website is slow,loses items etc. I had to process order 3 times after ordering several items another addition or subtraction and my cart said 0 items. finally signed out and back in and cart was there. That and the fact that I called in to customer service and was met by your ignorant AI assistant. programmed to do everything but get me a person to speak with as i asked. After going through all this AI assistant said can't help me with online order.. Really how much time do you think I have to spend $$ on your site, let alone call in to ask about coupons to find I have to place 2 separate orders. Then I go to amazon, found some of them cheaper and delivery today for free.. Really free shipping for 6-8 days. Glad I think about gifts ahead of time. Guess its time to purchase candles when out shopping at grocery store Even with the hassle, need the gifts so placed the order because love the scents.. Thanks would be nice if we could get back to quality customer service.. Even with AI if i asked for a representative, should have been an option not tons of questions why and what the computer could do for me only to find out it couldn't help Frustrated but love the scents
