I love the product, but had a hard time with trying to get hold of the tracking information. I use the autobot, the email, and the phone. Email work the best. When calling and on chat they could not find my order. Also I ordered it on October 11th and didn't receive the thing I needed most until October 22nd, which was a gift card. The candles I ordered were great and came in an expected time, well most of them. I was still missing two votive candles. I received them several days later, each one in a separate larger box which seemed ridiculous. The gift card I got had been damaged by FedEx along with the sleeve it was in. Unfortunately I need to use it anyway as it was for a gift and there was no time to return it and hope I get a new one back in a timely fashion. The response from email was good and they were very helpful. However the chat bot was nothing I'd ever use again, and even on the phone the people weren't too concerned about the item I had ordered that didn't show up in their system. I would recommend the candles as I've always loved them, I don't know that I'd recommend using the online customer service or the phone customer service, it was frustrating. Also in your selections in the survey you're only allowed to choose one thing. I had used the phone, the autobot, the chat, and the email in order to resolve my problem. Even in the next question I can only pick one item, when really there were a couple concerns. Well I order again, yes but I'll probably give it plenty of time and wait for a good sale to make it worth it.
