I was disappointed when I went to my cart to check out and discovered that the buy 2 get 2 free was not as I expected. I was trying to order 4 candles, (Buy 2 and get 2 Free) then I wanted to purchase 4 car air fresheners (Buy 2 and get 2 free) but once I added all of this to my car, all of the candles we charged the full price and the car air fresheners were all free. This was not what I expected, therefore, I removed the car air fresheners from my cart in order to get the two free candles as I had intended. I ended up paying the shipping costs of $6.99 I believe, but it was still better than paying for the 4 candles and getting the 4 car air fresheners free with free shipping. I was not happy with how this turned out for me. Maybe you should make the sale a buy 2 get 2 free of same priced items not the lesser items. This seemed to be very unfair for those who would like to purchase more at different costs but get punished because some of those items may be less in value. If I purchase 2 items at a higher price, I expect to get the 2 free items of the same value as the 2 free items. Then if I want to purchase 2 lower priced items, I expect to get 2 lower priced items of the same value as the 2 free items. Just my thoughts.
